Flat Rent
Our professional staff will be happy to help you find a suitable accommodation, in the vicinity of ZAD, or in any other neighborhood in Cairo. Once you contact us, it takes 24-48 hours to find you the requested flat. Approximately flats located in downtown area are as follows:
In Winter Season:
2 bedrooms, fully furnished (without AC) 250 $
2 bedrooms, fully furnished (with AC) 350 $
In Summer season:
You may add the amount of 50 $ to above rates.
Still, these are average monthly rates that can fluctuate high and low according to your requests, the real estate market supply and demand, and to seasonality. Nevertheless, whatever your budget is, we will help you find a suitable flat in closer, safe and clean neighborhoods.
Hotel Booking
In ZAD, our staff, still, can arrange for your hotel bookings. Through our special deals with many luxurious, as well as, average hotels; we provide you with you requested hotel booking in competent rates, and almost in every neighborhood in Cairo. Due to the fact that Cairo is a touristic city; we, still, ask you to send your request as soon as possible, in order to make necessary arrangements with hotels.
Car Rent
As being ZAD student, we made arrangements with many major car rental companies to provide you with any requested car, for very special rates. You need to submit your request 24 hours in advance, along with a photocopy of a valid international license and a passport photocopy. Rates depend on your car choice.
Airport Transport Service
ZAD airport service is 24 hours available and reliable. We expect you to provide us with all your flight details at least 48 hours before arrival date. Our drivers will meet you outside the customs and they will bring you to your residence.
Our Airport Transport fees are 30$ bet 8-12 AM, and 40$ bet 12-8 AM
Airline Booking
Once you are in Egypt, and, you need to make booking or necessary reconfirmation for international or domestic flights, you can just ask our team to make necessary arrangement in your behave. Our services rates are as follows:
